-2.5 pounds! That brings the 2-week total to 4.5 pounds lost. That's super exciting!
Week 2 was a little easier. I'm still getting hungry, but I'm dealing with it better. I keep busy (which isn't hard to do with a toddler and a 4 month old), and listen to my body. If I'm hungry, I eat. I just don't over do it.
As a reward, I treated myself to a bra fitting @ Nordstrom and 4 new bras. :) I really was tired of wearing bras that just didn't fit. It's amazing what a good fitting bra will do for your self-esteem!
I'm looking forward to the next weigh-in, and for fitting into my smaller clothes again.
